Softvér Chastia sme u nás implementovali v roku 2018. Tento informačný systém je komplexný pre profesionálne riadenie a správu budov, pre celú oblasť facility manažmentu. Umožnil nám zaviesť dôkladnú evidenciu hnuteľného a nehnuteľného majetku, kalendár revízií zariadení a prístrojov v zmysle aktuálne platnej legislatívy. Vedenie odpadového hospodárstva a opravy a údržbu sme vďaka CHASTII dostali pod kontrolu a vieme to teraz profesionálne manažovať.

Na základe dôkladnej analýzy porovnateľných produktov na trhu sme sa rozhodli pre softvér Chastia, vzhľadom na jeho flexibilitu pri implementácii našich požiadaviek. Softvér sme nasadili postupne v rokoch 2014 až 2018. Odbremenil nás od nadbytočnej administratívy a tým pádom prišlo k zlepšeniu firemných procesov. V druhom rade zefektívnil a urýchlil prácu ako takú, vďaka čomu máme väčší prehľad o stave nášho portfólia. Spolupráca nám funguje na dobrej úrovni vzhľadom na flexibilnosť a ochotu dodávateľa.

Pokiaľ chcete efektívne spravovať projekt, ktorý je náročný a rozsiahly nielen technologicky, ale aj vlastníckou štruktúrou, je softvérový nástroj, aký ponúka CHASTIA, veľmi dôležitý. Aké sú podstatné kritériá takéhoto nástroja? Jednoduchá administrácia, korektnosť spracovávaných dát, prehľadné výstupy, proklientsky prístup, pravidelná a kvalitná údržba softvéru. Produkty CHASTIE postupne implementujeme vo všetkých nami spravovaných projektoch, kde je požiadavka na CAFM.

Na základe mojich veľmi dobrých predchádzajúcich skúseností s informačným systémom Chastia sme sa rozhodli zaviesť tento softvér aj v spoločnosti TEHOS Dolný Kubín. Chastia nám pomohla sprehľadniť informácie o dodávke a výrobe tepla, uľahčila a zrýchlila nám fakturáciu, výrazne pomohla pri vytváraní bilancií. Po úspešnej implementácii sme v rámci tohto systému projekt rozšírili aj o IoT riešenie zberu a spracovávania údajov.
