All devices recorded in the information system may be incorporated into catalogs that contain all the necessary technical information for operation and maintenance, including an image or photograph. Catalogs of building systems, heating unit, water meters, heat meters, boilers, lifts, furniture and the like serve as examples.

The catalogs represent a separate program, which usually serves to define technical characteristics of frequently repeating IS objects in Chastia FM. These characteristics are attached to the IS object using a catalog number. They contain text and numeric information, photographs, dimensional sketches, symbols for drawing in a graphical editor, and a note.

The advantage of such a solution lies in the elimination of duplicate information and the possibility to define and edit the information in one place.
The Catalog program can also be run separately for its use in other applications.
