We implemented Chastia software in 2018. This information system is comprehensive tool for professional building management. It covers the entire scope of facility management. First, it enabled us to introduce a thorough record of assets. Second, we were able to introduce a calendar of revisions of equipment and devices in accordance with current legislation. And third, thanks to CHASTIA, we have brought waste management, repairs and maintenance under control.

Based on a thorough analysis of comparable products on the market, we decided on Chastia software due to its flexibility in implementing our requirements. We deployed the software gradually in the years 2014 to 2018. It freed us of unnecessary administration and thus improved business processes. Based on my very good previous experience with the Chastia information system, we decided to implement this software in TEHOS. Chastia helped us to clarify information about heat supply and production. It facilitated and accelerated our invoicing, and significantly helped with reporting.
