Setup of a project

To set up a project means to create a user solution for a specific customer.

Establishment of a project includes these activities:

• Definition of the structure of information system objects (IS objects) – there can be various structures. A typical example can be territorial structure, organisational structure, technological structure, etc.
• Attachment of drawings to individual levels of structures. Definition of templates of drawings, drawing structure, etc.
• Automatic generation of (IS) objects from drawings – alternatively, manual fulfilment of IS objects, including synchronisation of graphic elements with database data.
• Filling of initial entry data into the individual modules.
• Definition or modification of templates of used documents.
