The module enables owners and administrators of real estates to monitor all information related with the administered or rented property. It enables one to keep records on administration or rentals of surfaces and facilities, on services provided, on contracts, use of the surfaces, on receipts for administration or rentals, etc. Data in the database are directly linked with the display of spaces and facilities in the drawings in real time.

The module distinguishes between four basic types of administration activities.

Assigning to individual departments
Rents to other companies
Delivery of power and services

Subjects of solution of this module are contractual relations (concerning administration, renting, delivery of energy and services, etc.), monitoring of the contract subject during the whole lifespan of a contractual relationship, invoicing, settlement, etc.

The module allows automatic generation of contracts, amendments to contracts, rental regulations and notices using user predefined templates and invoices (schedules of payment, advance payment regulations, advance payment and proper invoices, settlement). All generated signed documents are saved in the central saving place for Chastia FM documents (see Documents module) in the PDF format - they are available for inspection also outside this module by means of simple touch of the pointer at any IS object (which finds itself in the specific contractual relation) in a drawing or database.

Surfaces, offtake spots and facilities can be added in contractual relationships using selection of free surfaces or unassigned offtake places and facilities in the drawings or database. Free surfaces can be displayed in a different colour in the drawings for faster orientation in the drawing.

Output configurations can exist in tables and text, or using colour classification in the drawings.
