From version 5.0 of the Chastia FM software is a new generation program of the client - server type developed using the most up-to-date Microsoft .NET technology.

Concept of the software :

Client - Server architecture.
MS SQL Server database.
Modular system of the software – allows independent development of each module without affecting other modules, and at the same time it allows a more flexible business policy – possibility of delivery of modules according to customers' requirements.
Storing of drawings in the database, which allows more effective working with searching and sorting of drawings and graphical entities in drawings, (e.g. automatic look-up of all drawings which the currently active IS object is in); types of drawings, groups of drawings...were implemented
Storing of documents in the database, which enables one to work more efficiently with look-up and sorting of documents. The following are implemented – types of documents, attributes, automatic documents generated by individual modules of Chastia FM, documents not related to IS objects, network working with documents has been resolved (locks).
