Consultancy and HOT-LINE

During implementation of the Chastia FM software system and during the entire lifespan of the project, we provide expert consultancy on the functionality of the software itself and also on the problems resolved by the Chastia FM system.

Part of the support also comprises the definition of new outputs from the program – printout configurations, colour classifications, charts, drawing configurations, etc. These outputs can be sent to the customer via e-mail.

A HOT-LINE is provided via phone, e-mail, and ICQ every working day from 8.⁰⁰AM to 4.⁰⁰PM.
