The module serves for recording basic data on all construction premises and surfaces, areas, parcels, objects, storeys, building sections, rooms, etc.

The Surfaces and spaces module can work using two methods - the group of spaces method, or the individual spaces method.

The group of spaces method enables one to register entire groups of surfaces (spaces) grouped according to a specific criterion (e.g. renters or company divisions) without the need to deal with individual surfaces in detail (e.g. rooms).

The individual spaces method is based on registration of individual surfaces (e.g. rooms, parking spaces, production areas). Individual rooms are then grouped according to necessity in individual modules, which use information on surfaces.

Using this module you can monitor and analyse surfaces of the spaces according to various criteria - types and categories of spaces, utilisability of surfaces, leasability of surfaces, method of allocation of costs, price categories, surfaces in m², etc.

The module is needed for other modules to work, such as, for instance, the "Management and rentals" module; in the Energy and services module you can use surfaces to allocate costs, etc.

Various types of evaluations in the form of reports and colour classifications in drawings are indispensible.
