Property

The module enables one to effectively monitor the whole life cycle of an IS object from acquisition and incorporation into property to elimination from the property record. Subjects of monitoring are characterisation of IS object, lifespan, owner/renter, price, supplier and warranties, service providers, maintenance plan (inspections and revisions, preventive maintenance, monitoring of wear...), maintenance history, exchange activity, tax and accounting write-offs, etc.

Maintenance plan

One of the most important fields of monitoring of this module is the planned maintenance. It enables one to plan maintenance in various ways - according to time periodicity, season deadlines, according to wear and tear, and their combinations.

Items of the plan can be assigned to an IS object from defined maintenance prescriptions for individual IS object types (e.g. inspections and revisions of reserved technical facilities), or by direct entry of the maintenance item to the plan - e.g. on the basis of the producer's recommendation.

Maintenance history

During carried out maintenance, found imperfections from inspections or revisions and the course of their removal are monitored; furthermore, wear is monitored, if it has been surveyed during the performance of maintenance. Part of the record on maintenance performed is, for instance, supplier of maintenance, price, warranty period, etc.

The linkage between monitored IS objects (facilities) and their graphical representation in the drawings is commonplace.
