Modules - Introduction

Modules are independent parts of the program for resolution of a specific sphere of activity. They are developed independently of each other; there is even the possibility of development of modules by the customer himself. At the same time, the modular system enables one to customise the solution to the customer's needs. The customer can build the graphic information system gradually, according to their requirements.

Universal modules

  • Basic module - is the only mandatory module. It contains the basic registration of IS objects and, at the same time, all functions and registration tables, which are common for all other modules.
  • Graphics - contains a graphic viewer, graphic editor, editor and viewer of drawing printouts, and all the functions and registration tables needed for creating and maintaining the graphic part of a project.
  • Catalogues - this module allows classification of frequently recurring information.
  • Documents - provides management of all the necessary documentation (project, commercial, operational, etc.).

Specialised modules

  • Property - solves the entire life cycle of an IS object from acquisition to elimination, incl. planning and evaluation of maintenance.
  • Surfaces and spaces - serves for enhanced registration of surfaces and spaces, their properties, surface areas, and methods of their use during their administration and renting.
  • Energy and services - contains a solution to two main fields - allocation of energy consumption and services, and energy management.
  • Administration of property and renting - the module covers administrative activities in Chastia FM. It contains contractual relations and invoicing of four spheres of administrative activity - assignment of surfaces and facilities to departments of a company, rentals to other companies, general administration of property, and deliveries of energy and services (e.g. for central heating producers).
  • Human resources - provides registration of employees in relation to requirements of other modules.
