The Chastia FM software system is a complex CAFM/CIFM/GIS (graphic information system) system designed for administrating, record-keeping, operation, maintenance, and monitoring of costs spent on operation of tangible and intangible property and related activities. It solves registration of property, management of project, operational, and other documentation, automation of creating new contracts and invoices for administration activities and renting relations, allocation of expenses for energy and services, energy management of buildings (grounds, large territories), maintenance of spaces and facilities, etc.

Chastia FM presents a modern graphic information system, which unites the benefits of database systems with the benefits of graphic systems. In many cases, solely text or numeric information are not enough, and graphic information is also needed. Such cases can include, for example, the case of placement of a technical facility in a building or on certain spaces, placement of an employee in a building, in an organisational structure of a company, etc.

Integration of graphic and database information is unlike many other similar systems immediate in Chastia (when moving in a database table, graphic representation of an object is immediately displayed in the graphic window, and vice versa), whereby information are available instantly (in real time).

The Chastia FM system can be customised to actual necessities of an organisation without the need to program it. For this purpose, there are the so called "projects" created in the system, which the organisation can modify according to its own requirements and needs.

Chastia FM is a modular system, in which each module of the system solves one specific problem (basic record-keeping, catalogues of facilities, management of electronic documentation, allocation of energy consumption and services, energy management, administration activities, renting, maintenance...). In the case of atypical requirements, the system can be supplemented with other modules.
