The module solves support for two main fields of administration activities - Allocation of costs for energy and services (in technical and price units), and Energy management.

Allocation of energy and services costs

This module monitors readings of consumption of all kinds of energy and services, as well as costs from received invoices in regular and irregular time intervals, and allocation of these consumption items to individual customers, renters, etc. Results of the allocation serve as a basis for invoicing for energy and services in the "Administration and renting" module.

The module works with notions such as offtake place, metering (measurement) place, type of measuring, offtake diagram, heating curve, etc.

Versatility and maximum customisability of the module is supported by properties such as - unlimited number of regularly recurring and irregular accounting periods, user-definable calculation tree structures by means of drag and drop method, user-definable allocation methods, possibility to define one's own formulas (as simple as in a spreadsheet editor), etc.

Energy management

This part of the module solves monitoring of weather conditions, heating capacity of fuels, and operational energy consumption amounts for the purpose of their detailed analysis - e.g. for the purposes of assessment of economy of energy consumption in a building, analysis of effectiveness of heat production, etc., namely in regular time intervals. For the purposes of these analyses, you can also use the data acquired in the allocation of the energy part.

Evaluation takes place according to many criteria - consumption progress at a measurement spot in time, then energy consumption in relation to measured surface, heated area, number of persons, number of climatic day-grades, etc.

A very important property is the possibility of spectral evaluation of energy consumption in drawings, and evaluation of energy consumption using parametric charts.
