CIFM (Computer integrated facility management)
A software application incorporating comprehensive solutions defined by Integrated planning. This solution takes into consideration the whole process including the processes of the main subject of business (Core business).
CAFM (Computer Aided Facility Management)
A software system for management of supportive processes based on graphic representation of administration of premises (CAD), equipped with strong database information support. The aim of using the CAFM system is to rationalise the supportive processes, to exactly address cost items, and to create an information database for quick decision-making of the management of a company.
IS object
An IS object (information system object) is any object, device, intangible property, etc. which is subject to monitoring by an information system. An IS object must have a unique record in the basic record-keeping table of information system objects. It follows that it must be assigned a unique identification number, valid in all modules of the Chastia software system.
