Analysis of customer's needs

The most important task during implementation of the software system is the analysis of the customer's needs, their labour activities and requirements of the customer as far as software is concerned.

On the basis of this analysis, a range of standard modules and a range of necessary modifications is specified to meet the needs of a specific customer, and the structure and contents of the project are defined.

In the case of larger applications, implementation of a pilot project follows, on which the software's ability to meet all demands made of it is demonstrated.
